The day a counsellor sells a course they don’t believe in is the day they leave the company. Period. The student’s fit comes before the partner commission, always.
Every course has a downside. Every campus has a weakness. We surface them upfront — fees, placements, location, hostel realities — so a family can decide with eyes open.
You get one counsellor from the discovery call to the day you join campus. No handoffs to a call-centre team. They’re reachable on WhatsApp, name and face.
The career test, the report, the counselling call, the campus shortlist — free for every student. We earn only from partner colleges, and only when the fit is right.
Our counsellors are trilingual on average. We share parent-friendly summaries, and we slow down on the call when an anxious mother needs to ask the same question twice.
We deliberately cap each counsellor at 80 active students. When we hit the ceiling, we hire — not assign more cases to existing staff. Quality of conversation is non-negotiable.

Built our first proprietary psychometric in collaboration with a Hyderabad-based psychologist. 1,800 students took it in year one.
